Requirements
- Valid California Medical License
- MD, DO, or equivalent degree
- Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship trained or equivalent advanced training/experience beyond anesthesia residency
- Board certified/board eligible in pediatric anesthesiology
- Applicants must list current and/or pending qualifications upon submission
