Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

Role Overview

Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist responsible for providing comprehensive, hands-on anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric cardiac patients in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% hands-on anesthesia for pediatric cardiac cases, including neonatal cardiac surgeries and catheterizations.
• Supervise CRNAs and participate in a 1:3 call rotation, including weeknight beeper coverage from 5:30 PM to 7:30 AM and 24-hour weekend coverage.
• Work primarily Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with call duties outside these hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification in anesthesia.
• Fellowship training in pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
• Experience in pediatric cardiac cases, neonatal care, and congenital heart disease procedures.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage complex pediatric cardiac patients.
