Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the Role

Provide hands-on anesthesia for neonatal and pediatric cardiac cases, including cardiac catheterizations and complex congenital heart procedures. Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care within an inpatient setting, primarily on-site, Monday through Friday with call coverage outside of scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% hands-on anesthesia for neonatal and pediatric cardiac cases.
• Supervise CRNAs and participate in a 1:3 call rotation for weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend coverage.
• Work in a specialized pediatric cardiac anesthesia program with modern equipment and experienced staff.
• Participate in patient care for children with complex congenital heart conditions undergoing various procedures.
• Must be on-site with supervision and able to handle variable case loads.

Qualifications

• Board certification in anesthesiology.
• Fellowship training in pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
• Experience in pediatric cardiac cases and supervising anesthesia providers.
