Qualifications
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- BC/BE in Anesthesiology with fellowship training or significant experience in Pediatric Anesthesia
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
