Pediatric ABA Clinical Director (BCBA)
About the role
DV Therapy Learning Center is in the business of learning, growth, trust, experience, and transformation — not just delivering therapy hours. The goal is to create fans by making every touchpoint, from the first phone call to a Tuesday session to the way an invoice reads, less frictional and more human. As the ABA Clinical Director, you will keep ABA programs clinically sound and compliant, but you will also constantly ask whether what we’re doing is earning families’ trust. You’ll have the authority to identify gaps, advise, act, and repeat, shaping a culture where leaders name gaps out loud and use the room to change things. You’ll work alongside an integrated pediatric team of ABA, Speech, and OT in each office, collaborating daily, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to the whole team effort while overseeing ABA program oversight. The organization is led by a single clinician owner, offering a unique opportunity to help build a culture, not just a program.
