We are looking for colleagues for both the baby and toddler groups at our locations in Laren and Blaricum. You will work alternately at both sites, sharing your talents and gaining new ideas along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, loving environment where children can grow at their own pace.
  • Organize engaging activities that encourage exploration and development.
  • Provide personal attention and collaborate with colleagues to foster a warm, home-like atmosphere.
  • Support children aged 0 to 4 years with enthusiasm, patience, and positivity.

Requirements

  • Completed MBO-level qualification or higher in a relevant field.
  • Currently enrolled in or pursuing a qualifying HBO or WO study for childcare work. Check your study here.

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential due to the vulnerability of the children in our care.
  • As of January 1, 2025, pedagogical staff must meet the Dutch 3F language proficiency requirement. Read more here.

Pay

Salary according to the CAO Kinderopvang, scale 6, ranging from €2,760 to €3,820 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek.
