Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in all types of repairs
- Additional experience in metal, rubber, cedar shakes, siding, etc. is preferred
- Ability to complete siding-related repairs
- Prior residential service experience, including troubleshooting, inspections, diagnosing leaks, and providing estimates
- Honest, dependable, flexible, and possess a good work ethic
- Self-disciplined, organized, and able to work without supervision
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude to work with customers
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
