Peak Logo Machine Operator
About the role
Embroidery (Logo) Production Team Members work on a four-person team to produce embroidery logos for professional sports teams, colleges, major corporations, golf tournaments, and clubs on exceptional sportswear. We train new hires with good work skills to help their team meet quality and production standards daily—no prior embroidery or sewing experience is required.
The ideal candidate is cooperative, detail-oriented, demonstrates a high work ethic, and takes pride in their workmanship. If you enjoy staying busy, working on your feet all day, and thriving in a team environment, this role may be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality logos on sportswear

Requirements
- No prior embroidery or sewing experience necessary—full training provided
- Strong work ethic and ability to work cooperatively in a team
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to stand for extended periods and stay active throughout the shift
Pay
Starting rate: $22.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour swing shift differential. Upon completion of training, you will receive a $500 bonus.
Bonus eligibility: Up to $1,000 (less applicable taxes) for the SuperPeak period from November 27 to December 23, 2026, paid in January 2027.
Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Swing Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch per shift
- Overtime may be available as 9- or 10-hour days or one weekend day during peak periods

The Seattle Fulfillment Center is located a block and a half from IKEA Renton.
