Job Accountabilities
- Effective and efficient implementation of global and regional learning programs
- In accordance with global guidelines and synergies, delivery of efficient and effective learning solutions aimed at meeting internal customer needs within the Region
- Budget management, maximizing opportunities for different sources of funding
- Consistent implementation of global guidelines
- Bridge global and regional learning communities
- Cordination of Country Training Managers and Regional LBPs (when applicable)
Main Skills & Capabilities
- High level knowledge of Instructional Design and andragogy basic principle
- Ownership of learning processes, learning market and learning tools (Ecosystems, LMSs, EXPs, Authoring tools, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Stellantis Ecosystem and related tools
- Program Management
- Stakeholder management and customer management
- Budgeting and finance fundamentals
- English CEFR >B2
- Agile methodologies, collaboration and innovation
- Awareness of learning facilitation / animation principles
- Business Acumen
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources
- Experience leading others
