PDR Technician - $8,000 Bonus

We’re looking for paintless dent repair technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join Carvana—the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

About the role

As an Experienced PDR Technician, you’ll use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You’ll work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers with state-of-the-art tools. Entry-level positions include training programs to develop your skills and pay as you grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Repair hail damage
• Repair creases and body lines
• Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools—must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment, including face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Pay

$35–$41 per hour

Schedule

Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
