PDR Technician (2nd Shift) - $6,000 Bonus

About the role

We're looking for paintless dent repair technicians with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join us at Carvana — the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. As an Experienced PDR Technician, you'll be expected to use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced glue-pulling techniques for paintless dent repair
• Conduct hail damage repair
• Repair creases and body lines
• Repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Hiring contingent on passing a complete background check
