About the role
CECPD is seeking a Professional Development Programs Manager to lead innovative, high impact early childhood professional development initiatives across Oklahoma.
This role drives collaboration, ensures program excellence, and shapes systems that support early childhood educators and leaders statewide.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for early childhood professional development initiatives.
- Drive collaboration among various stakeholders to ensure program excellence.
- Shape systems that support early childhood educators and leaders statewide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 24 months of administrative experience.
- Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.
