Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Systematically collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Set measurable and achievable short and long-term goals based on assessment and standards of care, collaborating with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and/or modify the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning.
• Accountable for the care directly, indirectly, or through delegation, adhering to professional and legal standards for delegation.
• Evaluate progress towards identified healthcare consumer goals systematically and revise the plan of care as needed, involving the healthcare consumer and the multidisciplinary team.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer’s record.

Requirements

• Graduate of an RN nursing program
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months

$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
