PCU Registered Nurse - (Progressive Care Unit - $12,400 Hiring incentives)

About the role

A registered nurse position is available in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Telemetry department in Fort Myers, Florida. This role offers up to $12,400 bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current Florida RN license or in the process of obtaining it
• At least 1 year of acute care/hospital experience
• BSN or willing to obtain within 36 months from hire (ASCP considered with solid experience)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in PCU and/or Telemetry preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including day and night shifts

Pay

• Hourly rate: $25 - $59+ depending on specialty
