PCU Nurse - New Grads Welcome

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients in a state-of-the-art cardiac tower.
• Develop advanced clinical skills with ICU-level exposure to drips, chest tubes, central lines, and telemetry.
• Collaborate within a high-trust interdisciplinary team, relying on your clinical judgment.
• Contribute to strategic growth by mentoring future leaders and Charge RNs.
• Operate in a newly built, modern facility designed for nurse efficiency and patient safety.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold an active RN license (WI or compact eligible).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (training provided if needed).
• Experience in critical care settings is valued; new graduates with passion for critical care are welcome.
• Drive patient safety and thrive in high-acuity environments.
