- 12 college level credit hours that include a passing grade in English Composition with a C or higher and an overall GPA of 2.0 or greater. (transcripts will be verified upon application)
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Service industry experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Good organization skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply new healthcare related skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and do so consistently
- Ability to collaborate with the health care team effectively and do so consistently
- Ability to engage people at the appropriate level for their wellness and cognition
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to be proactive in anticipating the customer’s needs
- Will provide education that includes: CPR, Skills training, Crucial Conversations, and Hospitality in Healthcare.
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited RN Nursing program with one semester completed.
