PCT Patient Care Technician PCT Full Time Days 2K NEW RATES

Come build your career with Vibra Healthcare! We are seeking Nursing Assistants/Patient Care Techs to join our team at Gateway Rehab, a 40-bed inpatient rehab facility in Florence, KY. We help patients regain physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ensures a clean, healthy, and safe environment for patients.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition, and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Qualifications/Skills

• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Pay

2026 new rates! $2,000 bonus opportunity for full-time day shift positions.

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour day shifts.
