About the role

PCI Pharma Services is hosting an onsite career fair for Drug Product Manufacturing Technicians at our Madison, WI facility. We provide a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services from early development through commercial launch and ongoing supply, with an uncompromising focus on quality, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and critical manufacturing operations in accordance with GMP/ISO requirements and standards.
• Conduct equipment preparation, formulation, aseptic compounding, and filling activities for biopharma and medical device products.
• For Manufacturing Technician IV – Lead: Lead complex manufacturing tasks, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with GMP/ISO and PCI safety standards.
• Resolve non-routine issues using advanced technical expertise and escalate matters as needed.
• Review and update Manufacturing Process Records (MPRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor team behaviors, train less experienced staff, and model Guardian values.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Technician I/II/III: Entry to mid-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.
• Manufacturing Technician IV – Lead: Demonstrated leadership in complex manufacturing tasks and advanced technical expertise.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with equipment preparation, dispensing, dissolution, formulation, purification, aseptic compounding, filling, and packaging.
