Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene activities such as bathing, grooming, and skin care.
• Support patients with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment to promote safety and infection prevention.
• Notify clinical staff of any changes in a patient’s condition or safety concerns.
• Apply infection control concepts and techniques.
• Monitor, record, and communicate the patient’s condition, activities, behaviors, and safety concerns using computerized documentation systems.
• Perform vital signs, phlebotomy (blood draws), and glucose checks.

Qualifications
