Your Role
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients. If you are caring for a loved one, BAYADA will guide you in providing care for your family member, from daily tasks like bathing and dressing to offering companionship and support—all while being paid for your care.
