PCA Personal Care Assistant Part Time
Connect with your calling! Join, stay, and grow with Benchmark. Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment.
Schedule
Part Time evenings Thursday‑Saturday 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. Additional part‑time and per‑diem opportunities.
Pay
$19.50‑$20.75 per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
