PCA Personal Care Assistant

Join Benchmark’s Bay Square at Yarmouth as a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA/PSS/CNA) and provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home‑like environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Pay

$19.50‑$20.75 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time evenings, Wednesday‑Saturday 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.; additional part‑time and per‑diem opportunities available.
