PCA, Home Care for Senior Citizen - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home care for seniors in Pelham, Plaistow, Salem, and surrounding areas.

About the role

As a Caregiver/PCA, you will support clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• No prior experience required – training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment to care
