PCA, Full time 3pm-11pm
About the role
Wallick Senior Living is seeking Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers to join our team at Oakleaf Village and The Grove. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16/hour plus shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
- Perform all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming for residents.
- Answer call lights promptly and address resident and family needs.
- Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
- Absorb and assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
- Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- CPR certified. Nurse Aide certification is preferred but not required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.
