About the role
At Wallick Senior Living, our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) play a vital role in ensuring our residents live their best lives. You will be part of a supportive team that provides daily care, encourages resident involvement in activities, and helps residents maintain independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
- Perform physical resident care including personal hygiene and grooming.
- Respond promptly to call lights and address resident and family needs.
- Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
- Transport residents to and from activities, dining rooms, and other functions.
- Lift, turn, and reposition residents as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR certification. Nurse Aide certification is preferred but not required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Pay
$16/hour plus shift differential.
