About the role

Southern Caregivers of Northwest Arkansas is currently accepting applications for caregivers in the entire NWA area, specifically Siloam Springs, AR (Washington County). Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. If you are compassionate, dependable, and have a heart for serving others, we would love to have you on our team. No experience as a PCA or with caregiving is required—we provide free PCA training.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance
• Toileting and incontinence assistance
• Positioning and transferring
• Mobility support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Laundry
• Companionship

Requirements

• Willingness to complete free PCA training (if not already certified)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate "can do" attitude
