About the role

Southern Caregivers of Northwest Arkansas is currently accepting applications for caregivers in the Rogers, AR area (Washington & Benton County). As a caregiver, you will provide essential in-home personal care services that allow clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance
• Toileting & incontinence assistance
• Positioning and transferring
• Mobility support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Laundry
• Companionship

Requirements

• Willingness to complete free PCA training (if not already certified)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate "can do" attitude
