PCA/CNA/Caregiver

About the role

Provide compassionate care to residents in a residential setting. Assist with daily living activities, medication management, and ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Manage medications and assist with administering treatments as directed
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
