Pay
Pay starts at $16.75 per hour with the opportunity to earn more based on shift preference and experience. The range is $16.25 – $18.25 per hour, depending on shift preference and experience.
Schedule
- Part‑Time Day shift: 7 am – 3 pm, 45 hours bi‑weekly
- Part‑Time Evening shift: 3 pm – 11 pm, 30 hours bi‑weekly

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily routines, socialization, and overall well‑being.
- Build bonds through companionship, showing patience, compassion, and empathy.
- Help residents organize their day and activities, encouraging enjoyment.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or active CNA license.
- Age 18 or older (except as permitted in 2800.54(d)).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, including careful listening and timely reporting.
- Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks.
- English proficiency sufficient for safe, efficient performance.
