PCA- Assisted Living

Join Brothers of Mercy, Western New York’s largest 5‑star Senior Wellness Campus, located east of Buffalo. As part of our Sacred Heart Home Adult Home, you’ll provide compassionate assisted‑living services in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Pay

Starting at $16.50/hr, up to $17.00/hr (based on experience).

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions available – days and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and walking.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity while respecting Resident’s Rights and HIPAA policies.
• Answer call lights promptly and make unit rounds as scheduled.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the staff member in charge.
• Assist with resident meals, hydration, and weights, reporting significant changes as directed.
• Help with laundry, bed making, and maintaining a clean, orderly living environment.
• Promote independence, encouragement, and companionship for residents.
