Responsibilities

• Take batches from the need input schedule and assign/check the labor against the drawings within EPM.
• Assign labor to the location given in the schedule and ensure all routing is correct from the specified shop.
• Verify that all sequence numbers are correct so the data matches the shipping schedule.
• Spot‑check hours to ensure no discrepancies with the file import.
• Ensure that all batches/drawings input are populated onto the RMDB schedule after running through the schedule program.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of drawings and ability to read them to input labor into EPM.
• Proficiency with the Estimating and PC modules of EPM for labor and routing entry.
• Understanding of shop processes to accurately add time for each drawing.
• Familiarity with the schedule and its delivery dates to prioritize work within Production Control.
• Experience with schedule programming, running batches through the scheduler, and checking hours against scheduler output.
• Ability to input data manually within EPM (e.g., blue letters or other manual processes when files are not supplied by detailers).
• Commitment to act honestly with full integrity in dealings with regulators, customers, suppliers, auditors, and all Banker Steel employees, recognizing that actions reflect the reputation of Banker Steel.
