PC Deployment / IT Desktop Support Technician
About the role
Our client, a large Healthcare System throughout the Cleveland Area, has multiple openings to support a project to upgrade their technology. This will involve replacing old PCs and upgrading to new devices in Windows 11. We are looking for IT Technicians that can work 1st shift on-site.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications
- Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 11
- Assist all users with any logged IT-related incident when called upon
- Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalate incidents to other support teams where necessary
- Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system
- Install and configure new IT equipment
- Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
- Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners
- Maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
Requirements
- CompTIA Certifications are desirable

Pay
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
Contract to Hire position, 1st shift, fully on-site in Cleveland, OH.
