PBX Operator - Patient Access
Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access, answers all incoming calls to the Medical Center. Transfers appropriately and assists others in making outgoing calls. Monitors and reports switchboard malfunctions and performs clerical functions.

Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls to the Medical Center
- Transfer calls appropriately and assist others in making outgoing calls
- Monitor and report switchboard malfunctions
- Perform clerical functions
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience
Qualifications
- Coursework/Training: Courses in office practices (preferred)
- Medical setting experience (preferred)
Schedule
- Per diem, variable shift
- 0.4 working hours weekly
Pay
The posted wage range for this position is $17.25 - $25.03 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
