About the role
The PBX Operator is responsible for timely answering incoming telephone calls and properly routing these communications. Duties also include displaying courtesy and using excellent customer service standards with all patients, staff, visitors, and physicians. The role requires working cooperatively to meet departmental and hospital goals.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Previous PBX/Communications experience, Customer Services experience, Computer and typing skills
Qualifications
Physical Requirements: Hearing and Visual acuity, Manual dexterity to perform keyboard functions, Ability to push wheelchairs, Ability to lift 25 pounds
