PBIS/Tier 3 Implementation Specialist - 1.0 FTE at Garfield Elementary

Requirements & Duties
- Provide proactive, targeted interventions and support designed to meet the unique academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and attendance needs of Garfield students.
- Provide push-in support and Check & Connect services for students identified as benefiting from increased adult connection, monitoring, encouragement, and problem-solving support.
- Equip staff with the knowledge, strategies, and resources needed to effectively respond to and manage challenging behaviors while fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families to identify student needs early and implement interventions before concerns escalate.
- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of individualized behavioral, social-emotional, and attendance supports for students requiring intensive intervention.
Pay Information
Level KX, starting at $23.62 per hour - click HERE to view the salary schedule.
Pay Day: Last working day of each month.
Hours & FTE
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 9 months
