Payroll Specialist / Payroll Manager

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a rapidly growing PE backed client in the Portsmouth RI area that is looking for a Payroll Specialist (title may vary) to join their team! This is a full-time position that will pay between $80k-$100k depending on experience, plus bonus. The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include Processing weekly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other earningsEnsuring payroll accuracy, compliance, tax reporting, and year-end activitiesPreparing payroll reports, reconciliations, audits, and support accurate payroll accountingPartnering with HR and Finance on employee changes, payroll inquiries, and process improvements The Experience Required For This Role 3+ years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll and payroll/HRIS systems such as PaylocityAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirementsAdvanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to manage deadlines and confidential information Compensation: $80k-$100k (DOE) + Bonus For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Colin McDonnell at cmcdonnell@kbwfinancial.com. *KBW789*
