Payroll Specialist

What You Will Do

The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll solutions across domestic and international operations. This position supports complex executive and multi-state payrolls, conducts advanced reporting and reconciliation, and contributes to technical system improvements within SAP/SuccessFactors.

What You Bring To Freeport

• Four (4) years of experience in payroll, accounting, analytical or related fields
• Or Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of payroll, tax, or accounting experience
• Experience with year-end payroll and tax processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High School diploma or GED
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state, multi-company payroll processing
• Strong planning, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• One (1) year SAP and ADP experience

What We Offer You

• The estimated pay range for this role is currently $28.00 - $38.00/hour
• This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions
• Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors
• This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance
