About the role
Payroll Specialists are responsible for processing payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll on a timely basis
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payroll records
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll issues
- Prepare and submit tax forms and reports
- Manage employee benefits administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
