Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment and keep information confidential
- Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Handle pay and tax withholdings, leave requests, new hires, terminations, and salary changes
- Research and resolve discrepancies in payroll information
- Comply with the payroll audit process
- Generate various payroll reports and prepare process documentation
- Provide high-level customer service by responding to payroll-related inquiries from associates and management
- Lead various payroll-related projects as needed

Schedule
Reynolds offers a hybrid work schedule, based on position eligibility. Eligible associates may work-from-home up to two days per week.
