Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and keep information confidential
  • Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Handle pay and tax withholdings, leave requests, new hires, terminations, and salary changes
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in payroll information
  • Comply with the payroll audit process
  • Generate various payroll reports and prepare process documentation
  • Provide high-level customer service by responding to payroll-related inquiries from associates and management
  • Lead various payroll-related projects as needed

Schedule

Reynolds offers a hybrid work schedule, based on position eligibility. Eligible associates may work-from-home up to two days per week.
