What You'll Be Able to Look Forward To
- Generate commission reports & ensure accurate processing of payroll in timely fashion
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of every payroll transaction
- Onboard and offboard employees
- Ensure company stays within NMLS compliance and broker agreement guidelines
- Handle all reimbursement requests and compensation discrepancies
- Track and update compensation plans with employees quarterly
Couple of Things We Look For
- Some mortgage experience is preferred but not required
- Extensive payroll knowledge including preparation, balancing, taxes, etc. (experience with Rippling is a plus!)
- Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
- Organization - Organization - Organization
- Incredibly positive attitude with the willingness to de-escalate complaints if necessary
- Able to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position
Pay
Yearly pay range between $51,000 - $78,000
