What You'll Be Able to Look Forward To

  • Generate commission reports & ensure accurate processing of payroll in timely fashion
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of every payroll transaction
  • Onboard and offboard employees
  • Ensure company stays within NMLS compliance and broker agreement guidelines
  • Handle all reimbursement requests and compensation discrepancies
  • Track and update compensation plans with employees quarterly

Couple of Things We Look For

  • Some mortgage experience is preferred but not required
  • Extensive payroll knowledge including preparation, balancing, taxes, etc. (experience with Rippling is a plus!)
  • Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
  • Organization - Organization - Organization
  • Incredibly positive attitude with the willingness to de-escalate complaints if necessary
  • Able to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position

Pay

Yearly pay range between $51,000 - $78,000
