Payroll Manager (Global)

Role: The Global Payroll Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end multi-country payroll implementations, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate, compliant payroll and tax reporting. Responsibilities: Support payroll solution deployment, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and test integrations. Oversee payroll delivery, including data validation, controls, reconciliations, shadow payroll support, and year-end processes. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service and support business growth. Drive continuous innovation and system enhancements while maintaining expertise in global payroll trends and regulations.Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of five years' experience in payroll, including expatriate and international payroll. Bachelor's degree required. Relevant professional credentials (e.g., CPA, CPP, GPHR, PMP) preferred, with a one-year window to obtain if not already held. Experience with payroll software (SAP, ADP, Paychex) and HCM platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle) is advantageous. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills. Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and travel as needed.
