Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly multi state payroll for a high volume workforce
• Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
• Review payroll for accuracy prior to submission through Paychex
• Maintain payroll records, employee changes, deductions, and tax compliance
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, reporting, and partner with accounting and operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Certification in payroll and prevailing wage required
• Experience processing multi state payroll internally
• Strong proficiency in Excel and payroll systems, Paychex experience preferred
