Payroll - Finance Associate
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Associate Payroll to support our payroll and benefits administration processes. This role includes processing payroll, journal entries, benefits payments, employee reimbursements, and account reconciliations. The position requires strict confidentiality and a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll and all related journal entries/reconciliations
- Support benefits administration as needed
- Aid in applicable filings (quarterly and annually)
- Prepare expense information for planning and budgeting
- Participate in year-end and audit work
- Assist with payroll software implementation
- Handle payable work as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3 years of relevant experience
- Preferred 5+ years of complex payroll experience
- Preferred experience in payroll software implementation and Dynamics/Greenshades
- Advanced Excel & Word skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and promote a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional/timely verbal and written communication with internal and external partners

Pay
Hourly Pay: $20-$27 per hour
Schedule
This role is designated for day shift, Monday through Friday.
