Payroll Coordination Responsibilities Assist with weekly payroll processing for 3,600 employees using Paychex FlexSupport payroll processing for an additional 400 employees in a second legal entityGenerate various payroll reports and assist employees with Paychex Flex account accessManage new hire onboarding data and pay card assignmentsAssist with unemployment claims and respond to payroll-related inquiries File and Document Management Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for payroll documentationEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee records Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher1-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with Paychex FlexKnowledge of federal, state, and local payroll lawsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesClear and professional communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual Spanish fluency is a plus Work Environment & Schedule On-site position in a quiet office settingMonday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts with occasional evenings or weekends as neededComfortable physical requirements including computer use and phone communication Location: 000 - Office 4905 Waters Edge Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606, USA Ready to join a passionate and enthusiastic team at Tri-Arc Food Systems?
