The posting includes "Experience with payroll and timekeeping software is preferred." and "Must be willing to use a personal vehicle for organizational travel when required." That's a requirement but maybe also a qualification.
We also have skills list: strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
Thus we can create:
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree ... and 2 years experience, working knowledge of payroll practices etc. (maybe also include the knowledge requirement). Could also include the "must possess strong written..." but that's skill.
Better: Requirements: education + experience + working knowledge.

Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro about organization (Education Founded in 1912...) maybe could be part of About the role? But the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it." The organization description is not about the role but about the company. Could be considered "About the role" or maybe we could include a brief paragraph about the organization under About the role? The instruction says we should preserve ALL substantive information. The organization description is substantive. Where to put? Could be part of About the role as a preamble. The "About the role" section could include both position overview and company description. But we already used position overview. We could add a

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So About the role is a heading; we can put multiple paragraphs under it.
Thus we should include the organization description under About the role.
