We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes description (About the role), responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities with subsections), Requirements (Education, Skills & Experience), Benefits (Compensation and benefits). Pay is given: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Schedule not mentioned. So we should not be included. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph describing role. That's content. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Responsibilities" section with bullet points. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Requirements: Education bullet. We'll put under

    Requirements

. - Skills: The "Skills & Experience" bullet list. Could be under

    Skills

or maybe combine with Requirements? But we have separate headings allowed. We'll include Skills. - Benefits: The "Benefits" paragraph with compensation and benefits list. We'll put under

    Benefits

. - Pay: The compensation is already in Benefits but we could also separate Pay section. However instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states compensation and benefits. So we could have a Pay section for compensation and Benefits section for other benefits. But they said "Benefits" heading is allowed. We could combine compensation and benefits under Benefits. But they also list Pay as a possible heading. Since they said "prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to combine compensation and benefits under Benefits heading, not create separate Pay section. So we will not include Pay heading. - Schedule: Not present, omit. - Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements? The posting has Requirements (Education) and Skills & Experience. Qualifications maybe not separate. We'll not create Qualifications heading if not distinct. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting ends with "#AccordJobs" maybe a tag; we can drop that as it's not substantive? It's a hashtag maybe part of posting but not essential. Probably drop. We need to ensure we include all bullet points. Let's extract content. About the role paragraph: "The Payroll and Operations Associate manages Accord's payroll operations and supports EVV workflows by handling UKG payroll processing and imports, DSP (Direct Support Professional) hour reconciliation, EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) training for DSP's, and data integration between HHA Exchange, Netsmart, and UKG. The role ensures accurate, timely, and audit‑ready payroll data flow and provides operational support for EVV usage without owning compliance. The Payroll and Operations Associate will report directly to the Senior Accountant, and will work collaboratively with Finance, HR, Billing, and Program leadership to support both operational excellence and exceptional customer service to employees, families, and program partners." That's the prose. Responsibilities: There's a heading "Essential Responsibilities" then subheadings: "Payroll & Data Integration", "Auditing & Compliance", "Collaboration & Communication", "Continuous Improvement & Outreach", "Other". We need to include all bullet points under each subheading as list items. We could flatten into a single list or keep subheadings? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It didn't forbid using additional headings inside Responsibilities? It says use

for section headings (list). It didn't say we cannot use other headings like

but likely we should stick to only those headings. However we can still include subheadings as plain text or ? But to preserve structure, we could keep them as

        Payroll & Data Integration:

then list. That's acceptable. We'll output:

        About the role

        ...

        Responsibilities
