Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, timekeeping, and tax compliance
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee relations
- Ensure wage and hour compliance across all locations
- Maintain payroll systems and generate accurate reports
- Partner with leadership on HR and compensation strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years payroll or benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of wage and hour compliance laws
- Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Restaurant or hospitality background strongly preferred
