Payroll Analyst I​ (Los Angeles)

Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst I is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies across U.S. and international locations. This role manages end-to-end payroll processing, reconciles payroll reports and funding, and partners closely with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies. The Payroll Analyst I also analyzes payroll data to identify trends, strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

Essential Functions

• Ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing for international and US employees while managing regulatory compliance.
• Process payroll in accordance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Regulations
• Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher Major (if applicable): Accounting, Finance, Business, or HR, plus relevant experience
• Licenses and Certifications: Preferred CPP, CIPP, or FPC
• Computer/Software Knowledge: Required Proficiency in UltiPro (UKG), ADP Global, ProPay, HRIS systems, and Excel/Word

Work Environment

• Working indoors with limited exposure to hazards (only those that customarily come up in working in an office building with multiple floors).
• This position requires that you work physically in our Los Angeles office Monday through Friday. Access will be by stairs or elevator. Occasional overtime will be required.

Pay

California: The salary range for this position is $46.00 - $56.00 per hour.
