Responsibilities
- Process customer payments through various channels
- Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payments and account status
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or finance role
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
