Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments through various channels
  • Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding payments and account status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or finance role
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
