Payment Representative III

About the role

This position plays a key role in ensuring Accounts Receivable adheres to PCI guidelines in a secure environment. The work is time-sensitive and must meet departmental service level requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate tokens for all credit card orders received via email, fax, and white mail.
• Redact credit card numbers after generation.
• Assist in processing credit card exception reporting.
• Research credit card orders using Oracle, AS400, and web-based programs.
• Take incoming calls to assist customers with credit card orders and make outbound clarification calls.
• Communicate internally with other customer service agents and from the St Charles Inside sales office.
• Provide feedback to the NSO management team and perform other duties as required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Multitasking and utilizing multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to make independent decisions and use judgment.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines.
• Basic computer skills, including website navigation and usage.
• Previous business phone etiquette preferred.
• Outlook, Excel, and Word experience preferred.
• Pass background check.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle and AS400 preferred.
• Demandware/Salesforce Experience preferred.
